Returns & Refunds
Since every piece is handmade to order to minimize waste, returns aren’t possible. If you are truly unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to me via email, and I’ll do my best to find a solution that works for both of us.
However, repairs are free of charge if a significant part of the jewellery is missing or needs replacement. Shipping costs for repairs are the customer’s responsibility and must include tracking and insurance.
Resizing is possible on most items. However, this will be an additional cost unless the studio is at fault.
As each piece is entirely handmade, slight differences may occur from images shown.
