Shipping policy

All pieces are made to order — production begins only after your purchase. Depending on the design, production can take up to 4 weeks.
If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance.

Shipping Costs

Tracking & insurance included
– Germany: 6 € (via DHL)
– Rest of Europe: 15 € (via DHL)
– International: 25 € (via trusted international carriers)

Please Note
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These are not included in the product or shipping price and may be collected by your local customs authority upon delivery.
