All pieces are made to order — production begins only after your purchase. Depending on the design, production can take up to 4 weeks.
If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance.

Shipping Costs

Tracking & insurance included
– Germany: 6 € (via DHL)
– Rest of Europe: 15 € (via DHL)
– International: 25 € (via trusted international carriers)

Studio Pickup

You can choose to pick up your order in my studio. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup. Once your order is ready, please get in touch with me ti schedule a time, either via info@studio-joanne.com or via instagram.
